Overview
The Diploma in Strategic Management at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) prepares students to become effective leaders and managers capable of developing and implementing strategies that drive organizational growth, innovation, and long-term success. The programme equips students with analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills essential for managing organizations in an increasingly competitive and dynamic global environment.
Students gain practical knowledge in strategic planning, organizational leadership, business analysis, corporate governance, performance management, change management, and policy implementation. Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in Commerce, Economics, or English.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
