Overview
The Diploma in Human Resource Management at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) prepares students with the knowledge, practical skills, and ethical values required to manage an organization's most valuable asset—its people. The programme combines modern human resource practices with business management principles to develop professionals capable of recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining talented employees.
Students gain practical experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, labour laws, payroll administration, organizational behaviour, and strategic human resource management, preparing them for successful careers in both the public and private sectors.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in Commerce or English.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
