Overview
The Diploma in Leadership at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) is designed to develop competent, ethical, and visionary leaders who can inspire teams, drive organizational success, and contribute to national development. The programme equips students with practical leadership, communication, decision-making, and management skills required to lead effectively in government institutions, NGOs, international organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Students gain a strong foundation in leadership theories, organizational behaviour, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, governance, public speaking, ethics, and team management through practical learning, leadership projects, and real-world case studies.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in English, History, or Commerce.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
