Overview
The Diploma in Arabic at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) equips students with comprehensive language skills, cultural understanding, and professional competencies required to communicate effectively in Arabic-speaking environments. The programme emphasizes reading, writing, listening, speaking, translation, interpretation, and Arabic literature while promoting intercultural understanding and regional cooperation.
Students gain practical knowledge in Modern Standard Arabic, business communication, translation, Islamic and Arab cultural studies, and professional communication. Graduates are prepared for careers in education, government, NGOs, diplomacy, media, international organizations, and business across the Arab world and beyond.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted according to the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
