Overview
The Diploma in English at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) equips students with advanced communication, writing, critical thinking, and language skills required for academic, professional, and international environments. The programme focuses on English language proficiency, literature, linguistics, communication, research, public speaking, and professional writing.
Students develop strong competencies in grammar, composition, creative writing, business communication, translation, public speaking, academic research, and digital communication. The programme prepares graduates to communicate confidently in diverse workplaces and pursue careers in education, media, business, public administration, NGOs, and international organizations.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in English Language.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
