Overview

The Diploma in Public Administration at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) equips students with the knowledge, leadership skills, and professional competencies required to serve effectively in public institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international organizations, and the private sector. The programme focuses on public sector management, governance, policy implementation, public finance, leadership, and organizational administration.

Students gain practical knowledge in public policy, strategic planning, human resource management, project management, public financial management, ethics, and administrative law, preparing them to address the challenges of modern governance and public service delivery.

Eligibility

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in History, English, or Commerce.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.

Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
