Overview
The Public Administration Certificate Program at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) is a foundational program designed to develop competent, ethical, and service-oriented public servants and administrators. As South Sudan continues to build and strengthen its governance institutions, the demand for skilled professionals who understand public sector management, policy implementation, and administrative processes has never been more critical.
