Overview
The Diploma in Banking and Financial Institutions at St. Barnabas Business College (STBBC) equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional ethics required to excel in the banking and financial services industry. The programme combines theoretical learning with practical training in banking operations, financial management, risk management, investment, customer relationship management, and financial technology (FinTech).
Students gain a comprehensive understanding of modern banking systems, financial markets, digital banking, credit management, and regulatory frameworks, preparing them for rewarding careers in commercial banks, microfinance institutions, insurance companies, investment firms, government agencies, NGOs, and other financial organizations.
Things You Need to Know

1. Hold the South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (SSCSE) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum overall score of 50%, including a pass in Commerce or Mathematics.
2. Hold the East African Certificate of Secondary Education (EACSE) or another recognized equivalent qualification.
3. Mature entry applicants may be admitted in accordance with the College's Mature Entry Admission Policy.
4. Applicants with international qualifications recognized by the relevant education authorities are also eligible for admission.
Note: Applicants may be required to present original academic certificates and transcripts during admission and registration.
